Modern Warfare 3 Elite Content for PS3 Arrives on February 28

Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Elite DLC will be arriving on the PS3 on February 28th, which is a month after players on the Xbox 360.

As you may already know, Microsoft has exclusive rights to Modern Warfare 3 DLC  and their agreement with Activision lasts through 2012.

Some Premium members of Call of Duty Elite for the PS3 thought that new content would arrive at the same time as on the Xbox 360, but Dan Amrich of Activision shed more light on their exclusive deal with Microsoft on his One of Swords blog.

The first round of DLC is two multiplayer maps; Liberation and Piazza.

There is also a content calendar on the Call of Duty website which details their “Season of content.”
