strange comments, i read this today also and to be honest that always online theme is still there, plus based on window8 ?? isnt windows 8 horrible to use and work with ? http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/windows-8-based-next-xbox-due-out-early-november-report/0114764

Developers don’t have that much good things to say about windows 8. When it comes to always being online I wouldn’t put it past MS to make it so if you don’t have Xbox Live you can’t play the console. On the other hand the always connected feature could be a way for MS to make sure you can’t play your Xbox ($299 model) if you haven’t payed your monthly subscription fee.

yeah i always find it weird that you have to pay for xbox live to access neflix or love film or sky even when you already have these subscriptions, why would you pay again, just use a tablet or pc. Ms may have a few new games but since the Crytek game is a kinect game might not be anything massive, i would say on the event they will have Activision with COD, EA & battlefield 4 Mainly Multiplatform releases and a few 1st party. Loads of subscription partners and more of the same. Cant believe Nintendo are not even going to E3 this year !! that says something !!
